Placing an Order
Click on Place Order under your company logo at the bottom of this page. Sign in using your assigned username and password. To place an order, click on Place New Order. This will create a new order. Now you can add/remove items from this order by clicking on the Add Item button. When you click the add item button a window will appear with a list of form numbers and the units they are available in (UOM). A UOM reflects the number of forms in a unit. For example, Form XO167 comes in UOM of 25, therefore if you order a quantity of 100 you will actually receive 2500 forms. Select the form you wish to order, enter the quantity needed and click Submit. The page will now show the form number, UOM, and qty orderd. You may edit, add, or delete items at this time. When you are finished adding items to the order, click the Send Order button to send the order to Fast Print or Cancel to cancel the order.

Once you click the Send Order button, a window will appear where you can enter any special instructions or shipping information pertaining to the order. Click Submit when you have finished entering any comments and the order will be sent to Fast Print, Inc. A confirmation e-mail will be sent back by Fast Print to notify you that your order has been received.


Changing or Canceling an Order
Changes to or Cancelation of the order after being sent to Fast Print, Inc. must be made by phone at (260) 484-5487.



User ID's & Passwords
User ID's may only be obttained through Fast print Inc. Once you have been given a User ID and password by Fast Print you may change your password by selecting Change Password after you have successfully logged onto the site.
