Discipleship, Incorporated is a non-profit, multi-denominational ministry that focuses on evangelizing and discipling youth and adults by presenting them with the person, ministry, and teaching of Jesus Christ. This communication of the life-changing message of Jesus Christ to young people and adults is shared primarily at church services, camps, Bible studies, discipleship groups, retreats, banquets, schools, athletic teams, other Christian groups, and in the work place.

Dr. Kent Fishel, founder of Discipleship, Inc., is a gifted counselor, speaker, and author. He has been speaking and counseling through this ministry since its formation in 1978.

Discipleship, Inc. believes in the local church and is committed to equipping, encouraging, and strengthening pastors and youth pastors in their ministry.

Discipleship, Inc. is a Christian organization that is controlled by a board of directors who meet as a group quarterly and with the director on an individual basis. Each board member subscribes to a statement of faith, has a personal commitment to Jesus Christ, is committed to his family, and is actively involved in his local church.

Discipleship, Inc. is funded through a variety of donors and through honorariums received for speaking engagements.
